What happens when we are not present

We finished up Search with our 8 new hires this week.

This will be 1 of probably 4 recruit classes that we have in the next year.

Between growth and retirements we are looking at putting on 40 new hires.

Its crazy to think about.

I enjoy seeing the younger generation come onto the job.

The best part is passing on what has taken me so long to learn to them before they even start on a rig.

We say that we want to leave it better than we found it. Well starting the next generation off on the right foot is a great way to start.

If you haven't shared anything recently, do yourself a favor and go share something now.

Not everyone has had the same experiences.

Go share yours.

Also, you could look really good if you're wearing some of our brotherhood coaching swag HERE while you do it.

We go over different options and discuss possible variables. The point is to get out and do it. Familiarize yourself with your first due and keep your crew engaged....

Boy what a week it has been. It was a busy kelly week. And I learned some valuable lessons. I have decided to take on real estate as a side job. So I'm learning something new which makes me uncomfortable. It tends to also stress me out because there is not enough time in the day to learn everything. I've been reminded on the importance of being patient. A person can only do so much. I've learned that having this new goal has made me excited on overcoming these new obstacles. I've been...
