How to Stop Complaining

Published almost 3 years ago • 1 min read

I'm reading a new book .... surprise surprise.

Its called "A Complaint Free World: How to Stop Complaining and Start Enjoying the Life You Always Wanted"

I've been part of way too many "kitchen table" talks.

You know the ones. It's either griping about something or someone.

I'm over it.

I don't like it when I hear it and I am embarrassed when I participate in it.

I'd like to share with you the biggest takeaway from the book this past week.

You wouldn’t notice the faults in someone else if they were not also your faults.

Then I started to realize that the issues that bother us in others are the issues that we also have.

whoa!

So next time something bothers you, ask yourself if you also do it.

So I'm learning something new which makes me uncomfortable. It tends to also stress me out because there is not enough time in the day to learn everything. I've been reminded on the importance of being patient. A person can only do so much. I've learned that having this new goal has made me excited on overcoming these new obstacles. I've been...
